Production Positions

Entry Level
Lineworker

Entry-level line workers will perform many basic skills and tasks, such as constructing overhead and underground electrical system components. They will master the operation of machinery and handle equipment to carry out installation tasks. Tasks include collaboration with team members and supervisors. Applicants must have practical communication skills, problem-solving abilities, physical strength, and adaptability to perform in varied environmental conditions.

Experienced Lineworker

Experienced Lineworkers will be responsible for installing both overhead and underground electrical lines. They must be proficient and able to mentor effectively climbing poles, operating machinery, and handling equipment to carry out installation tasks. 

Skills must include troubleshooting, prompt emergency response, and superior safety records. Proven track records should encompass successful collaboration, communication, and technical expertise. Experienced Lineworker applicants should demonstrate leadership, physical strength, and adaptability to varied environmental conditions.

Project Manager

Project Managers ensure that teams complete all projects on time and within budget. They are crucial in managing team tasks with keen attention to detail. Project Manager applicants should demonstrate the following: Coordinating Resources, Timely Delivery, Detailed Planning, Scope Management, Performance Measurement, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Communication. Background in business, budgeting, and analysis are preferred. Ideal candidates should be well-versed in multitasking and problem-solving

Groundman/Equipment Operator

Groundmen are responsible for site preparation, including assisting linemen, clearing obstructions, identifying and providing tools and equipment, and operating machinery. Groundmen ensure safety while maintaining site cleanliness. Leading candidates will possess or quickly learn the following: operation and maintenance of equipment, teamwork, collaboration, and the identification and construction of materials during construction. Groundman should be physically capable of performing strenuous tasks in varied environmental conditions. A commercial Driver's License or the ability to obtain a CDL is required.

Admin Positions

Director of First Impressions

An administrative specialist who manages the front office is the first point of contact for visitors and customers. Ideal candidates should be friendly while greeting the public, receiving phone calls, and maintaining an organized workspace. Skills should include mail management, ordering supplies, updating calendars, record keeping, and other clerical duties. Qualities for success are a pleasant personality, excellent multitasking skills, and managing stress effectively. Flexibility is essential.

Account Receivable/Payable Manager

Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk will be crucial in maintaining accurate financial records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our company. Your key responsibilities include Checking figures and creating spreadsheets, verifying transaction information., preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization for payments,

process charge refunds and prepare invoices. Remind delinquent accounts, notify customers of insufficient payments, and post account transactions to maintain accounting ledgers. Excellent candidates should possess accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Human Resources

The Human Resources manager coordinates all administrative activities related to the company’s personnel. Duties include developing recruitment strategies, managing staff benefits, payroll, behavior, and onboarding new employees. The HR professional will ensure legal compliance and support employees throughout their lifecycle within the organization.
